This scheme involved significant structural work under challenging conditions, including the removal of a central dividing wall that previously split the two trades areas, creating bottlenecks around the bar servery. The restaurant was also totally isolated from the main trade space, often making it the last resort for customers looking to sit and enjoy their visit.

As a result we have completely opened up the trade area transforming the space, providing better flow for customers and creating a more positive & versatile space for the client and operations team. This has contributed by installing a brand new bar, a stunning feature fireplace, new floor coverings, decorations, and lighting throughout — delivering a truly remarkable transformation
